Arts Downtown's November meeting will feature a presentation by Dan Stats, Superintendent of the Fine Arts Show at the Washington State Fair.
Dan will take us through the ins and outs of putting together this large, diverse, and high-quality show – how the call is distributed, what is expected of the artists, how the panel of judges is selected, how the art is judged, and how the show is planned and laid out. This will be great “back story” information for all of us who attend and enjoy the show each year.
